Whetu is the key contact for all things SSA and is coordinator of personnel for all parent led events at school such as The Disco, Opera Stalls, Chinese Culture Day and bigger events such as The Golf Day and Gala Dinner, which could not happen without our incredible parent helper team.

• Managing parent led fundraising events for targeted projects and items suggested by the school with input and approval from parents and staff members.
• Creating enhancements for the entire Southwell learning community to benefit from.
• Allocating existing funds raised to specific projects, with parent and staff input around the identification process.
• Most importantly, bringing the current parent and staff community together. Friend-raising.
• Keep an eye out for parent newsletters, upcoming events and connect with your current parent group at our hosted morning teas in 2023.
