Camp Week 2022
This year spread over much more than a week, all students have been able to experience their year group camps in varying locations! Fun, challenging, teambuilding and some epic shared memories all rolled into one awesome experience for our children.

Altrusa Award Recipient 2023
We are so proud of Year 8 student Isabella Rose 8PH who was presented the Altrusa Young Citizen of the Year award, in a ceremony at the Hamilton Gardens, with her family cheering her on. Altrusa recognises Year 8 students who display the following attributes: Courtesy, Attitude and Initiative, Sportsmanship, Community work and Scholastic achievement / improvement. Congratulations Isabella!
Kid Sing
The Combined Choirs of All Hallows won the Best Full Primary Trophy at the Kids Sing Waikato /BOP. 11 schools from as far away as Taupo travelled to Southwell where students
and parents were treated to a fabulous musical festival.
WFSPA Athletics Day December 2
Southwell sent a team to the Waikato Full Primary Athletics day at Porritt Stadium and had some outstanding achievements from individual athletes, and from our Year 8 Relay Teams both winning their events. Congratulations to all who competed, Southwell won Top School overall. Well done!
This outstanding group of students have been part of the furniture here for quite some time. Recently they received their long service badges and we look forward to welcoming them back as Alumni in the coming years. Best of luck with your secondary schooling... we will miss you!
A New Trophy
This year at Prizegiving we have a stunning new trophy to award for Service and contribution to the Arts. Donated by Ken and the late Earlene Comins (many of you will remember Earlene’s car...Mrs Bug). A multi-generation Southwell family and keen supporters of the Arts, we are grateful and excited to award this to a deserving recipient this year.
