Salisbury really is an incredible house and it has been our pleasure to lead it for 2021.
Although the year did not go exactly as planned, due to many Covid-19 stop signs, there are still many significant events we have managed to experience this year.
Even if we did not achieve a high placing in every competitive aspect of the year, we always came out the other end as a stronger team, and with a big Salisbury smile on our faces!
Swimming Sports: The action-packed, competitive swimming event is a great and exhilarating way to kick off the year. Salisbury swam hard out this year, earning us second place overall!
House Singing: After weeks and weeks of hard work learning the music and dance to the song Home by Phillip Phillips, Salisbury was ecstatic to receive first place!
The Book Quiz: A great way to put our reading knowledge to the test. This year we came second.
Cross Country: Although we may not have gotten in the top three, every Salsibury person ran hard, and just getting over the finish line is a huge accomplishment.
Our stunning colour makes us stand out from the crowd, along with our perseverance and determination. Together as a house, we fought our way through Covid-19, and achieved so much as a team. We have been so proud to be a part of the brightest and boldest house
at Southwell.
A huge thank you to Mrs Wathen and all the other Salisbury teachers for your guidance and commitment throughout the year! You all play a huge role in making Salisbury the house
it is, from organizing house sports teams, to teaching the juniors how to dance. We couldn't have achieved anything without you all.
The best of luck for next year! We will miss you Salisbury.
