The Endowment Fund assists the provision of physical resources and also supports teacher development.
Established in 1991, the Southwell School Foundation is the entity through which donor support for our school is principally directed. Over the past 30 years, the Foundation Trust has received generous contributions from the Southwell School community through direct gifts and regular fundraising initiative such as our Annual Giving Appeal, the Chairman’s Dinner and bequests.
This generosity has allowed the Trust to make significant contributions to enhance the Southwell environment. These contributions include the Sergel Centre, Centre of Performing Arts, Indoor Recreation Centre, Library refurbishment and staff personal development.
We encourage the extended Southwell Community to make charitable donations to the Endowment Fund so that Southwell School can continue to provide the highest quality of education for our students.

We receive a large number of generous donations to enable scholarships for families in need. A number of our contributions to scholarships are donated by members of our community who wish to remain anonymous. The majority of scholarships are discretionary to the Headmaster who understands and knows the family’s circumstances. We publicly advertise scholarships that are open to prospective families on our Website at a certain period during our calendar year.
