Students wear PE uniform for PE classes, sports practices, and other school sports events. This consists of a short sleeve polo in their house colour, and navy shorts (2 styles available).
A long sleeve house shirt is available as a winter option (all year levels), and juniors are also permitted to wear the Southwell trackpants in the winter (Yr 0 – 2 only). School swimming togs are also required for PE during the summer terms. Girls must wear a house coloured swimming cap. Students may wear their own sport shoes with a non-marking sole.
The Southwell Tracksuit may be worn to and from sports games and practices. It is compulsory for attending external sports games and fixtures. Students are not permitted to wear the tracksuit during PE classes or sports practices.
Sports uniforms are required when representing the school at sports fixtures and inter-school events. Â Â See the brochure for more information on the uniform required for each sport.
Wide brim hats must be worn for Cricket.  Caps may only be worn for Softball, Tennis and Touch. Beanies are for winter months and are only to be worn to and from sport.
