All new students must book a uniform appointment to purchase their uniform.  This is a one-on-one service we provide, designed for your child to try on and purchase all the items required to start the year.

With approximately 150 new students needing uniform before the start of the year, we can only fit in one uniform appointment per student.  Therefore, if you are sourcing parts of your uniform elsewhere i.e. hand me downs or second hand items, please ensure you do this prior to your appointment with the Uniform Shop.

Bookings for students starting at Southwell in Term 1 2025 will start in mid November 2024, through to late January 2025, so we can accommodate everyone as best we can.

The booking website will show you all available appointment times, we schedule an hour for each appointment.  If you have two siblings requiring uniform, only one appointment is required.  For three or more siblings please book two back to back appointment times i.e. 10am and 11am, or 1.30pm and 2:30pm.

Booking times will be closed off on Monday 13th January 2024, after this you will need to contact us directly to book a time if you have not already been in touch.

All uniform items must be named.  BOARDERS must have sew-on labels, and spares to be kept in the laundry for new items purchased during term time.
