All new students must book a one-on-one uniform appointment to try on and purchase all required items before they start at Southwell.

For students starting at the beginning of the year, appointment times are typically available from November to January.  For students starting during the school year, appointment times will be available in the last few weeks of the term prior to their arrival.

The booking link and available appointment times will be provided to families in the new student newsletter.

Appointments are scheduled for one hour. If you have two siblings, only one appointment is required. For three or more siblings, please book two back-to-back appointment times (e.g., 10am and 11am).

We schedule one appointment per student. If you plan to use hand-me-downs or second-hand items, please ensure you have those ready prior to your uniform appointment.

All uniform items must be named.  BOARDERS must have sew-on labels, and spares to be kept in the laundry for new items purchased during term time.
